Once an advanced theater, now a music venue, with or without seats. Where Kevin Bacon used to kicking information technology back in his mean solar day.

We saw Grand-Dear… bang-up evidence! Paid an extra $100 to sit down in the balcony. Right later on the evidence we were told we couldn't use the restroom and had to exit the venue. Seriously? After paying an upcharge? And can't use the restroom? Definitely not a good ending to a bully night.

Had the pleasure of coming together Security staff Connor who was able to accommodate a person in our grouping that needed a seat. Sound was splendid in the room.

Terrible place to meet a bear witness. The security there is ridiculous. Went to see Mike Stud with my daughter last night and the security guards were taking bottles out of the trash and sniffing them to encounter if patrons were drinking ahead of fourth dimension. I've never seen this at any show I've e'er attended. My daughter and ii of the friends she was with were told they could not get into show fifty-fifty though they are of historic period because they smelled liquor in the water bottle that she threw away prior to inbound the show. I would of questioned this merely I was there to drop them off and saw it for myself, None were acting out of graphic symbol or in any way to question their behavior. We asked for our money back and they refused to refund it. We and then went to a pizza identify close by and a crowd of people came in and were talking about how they were thrown out of the concert due to burn down hazard and that they had sold besides many tickets. This is stealing to me. Should have never of sold more than tickets than occupancy rate and this must exist the reason they were taking bottles out of the trash so they could deny entry. What a scam. When taking my daughter hither several years ago to see Cody Simpson when she was younger I call back there always beingness issues with security and the entry to this place. I would stay away.

Nice identify to see a show. Flooring is all ages and balustrade and floor bar area are 21+. This is an old theater with a lot of music history, you're not going to a posh venue. That'south not what this place is. Has a smashing feel to information technology. Also adept places on South Street to hit before and after show.

The phase isn't high enough.. and the gradient isn't steep enough. If it's crowded you tin can't run across. Don't think I'll see another concert at this venue.
Parking inexpensive and nice area.

Excellent venue. Intimate yet still property a sizeable all-ages oversupply for some sweet Desert Blues. Easy to access, perfect audio quality - it'south probably corking for a louder ring, too. Effort a prove and soak up the South Street ambience. Who knows, we might see you there when I move over for good.

We attended a sold out show last night and waited in line for approximately an hour. The line snaked around several blocks every bit the lineup had already been started well-nigh an hour and a half before we got there.
The event staff was visibly present along the lines and communicated honestly with us regarding when doors would open and were approachable and friendly.
I watched a few young girls endeavor to cut the line and the security staff immediately kicked them out of line and sent them to the back.
As the line started moving, the lineup was adjusted to allow for improve menses and it was all seamless and orderly. I take been to MANY shows and I was thoroughly impressed with how this was handled.
We flowed into the venue and the merch table was the commencement stop at the front of business firm then we could immediately buy merch in our size before beingness sold out (as sometimes happens if waiting until the stop).
It was of course packed just did not appear to be oversold as some venues do then although information technology was tight existence general admission, you lot could still exhale.
Good task TLA!!

Went with a group of people to run into The Marcus King Band. Cold dark and didn't stand outside long at all. Once within I found the venue to be the perfect place to encounter an up and coming band! We stood right by the phase. The acoustics were perfect (no ear ringing the next day), drinks were fairly priced, and everyone working the venue was super friendly! Would definitely make a trip back here to see a show!
